Host Your Event at the Dublin School Outdoor Center

Looking for the perfect place to host your next trail race, mountain bike event, fundraiser, fun run, or community gathering? The Dublin School Outdoor Center is available as a venue for organized events throughout the year.

Our role is simple: we provide the venue—you provide the event.

Event organizers are responsible for registration, timing, volunteers, permits (if applicable), parking coordination, participant communication, and all event logistics. In return, we’ll help make sure the trails are ready for your event.

During the running and mountain biking season, we’ll prepare your selected course by mowing and maintaining the trails. During the winter, we’ll groom your requested race loop so it’s ready for race day.

There is no venue rental fee, we ask organizers to donate to support the continued maintenance and improvement of the Dublin School Outdoor Center trail system. Your contribution helps fund trail maintenance, grooming, signage, bridges, snowmaking, and year-round improvements that benefit everyone who enjoys the trails. It’s fine if you make this contribution after your event. Example: some make a $15 or $10 donation per racer.

Submitting a request does not automatically reserve your date. Once your request has been reviewed, Lindsey Burkhardt, Director of the Dublin School Outdoor Center, will contact you to discuss availability, answer questions, and finalize the details.
